Return Policy

We are happy to exchange or refund* your item if you’re not happy with it, or it gets damaged in transit. 
Just contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back to us within 30 days of delivery.
We will cover the cost of return shipping if 
  1. If your order got damaged in transit.
  2. If an item was received in error.
  3. If your package was lost in the mail.
  4. If your package was misdelivered and you are unable to correct the matter with your local post office.
We ask you to cover the cost of return shipping if
  1. If you seek a replacement or an exchange for reasons other than damage or loss as described above.
  2. If you provided an incorrect shipping address at checkout.
  3. If the USPS claims your item was delivered but you didn't receive it.
  4. If for any reason you were unable to collect your package from the local post office.

*If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Portrait / Custom Artwork: 3-4 weeks 
  • Nursery Artwork: 1-2 weeks
  • Embroidery Hoop Art : 1-3 weeks

  • Europe: 10-15 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-15 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 10-15 business days
  • Latin America and the Caribbean: 15-20 business days
  • North Africa and the Middle East: 15-20 business days
  • Sub-Saharan Africa: 15-20 business days
